Auto-renewal. Your subscription will renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time via your account page at refinedrinks.com/account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you will retain access until that date.

Right to cancel. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason. However, by accessing premium content before the end of this 14-day period, you acknowledge that you are requesting immediate performance of the contract and agree that your right to cancel will be lost once you have accessed that content.

Refunds. Outside the 14-day cancellation window, we do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at contact@refinedrinks.com.

Price changes. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. We will notify existing subscribers of any price changes before they take effect, giving you the opportunity to cancel if you do not wish to continue at the new price.

Account access. Your membership is personal to you and may not be shared with or transferred to any other person. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
