Southern Glazer’s is now distributing Cutwater, BeatBox, and the full AB InBev portfolio in Colorado

Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits has completed the acquisition of substantially all of the assets of Eagle Rock Distributing Co.’s Colorado operations, closing a transaction that was first announced on 23 March 2026. The deal gives Southern Glazer’s full responsibility for distributing Anheuser-Busch’s Colorado portfolio, including Michelob Ultra, Budweiser, Bud Light, and Busch Light, alongside AB InBev’s fast-growing RTD and hard beverage brands: Cutwater Spirits, NÜTRL Vodka Seltzer, and BeatBox Beverages. Southern Glazer’s will also distribute Phorm Energy, Tilray Brands, Sazerac Company, Talking Rain, AriZona Beverages, Novamex, Essentia Water, Station 26 Brewing Co., Happy Dad, and Nestlé, among other brands. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
