RNDC finds a new buyer for Kentucky: KEG 1 River City steps in after the Breakthru deal collapsed

KEG 1 River City, a subsidiary of K1 Management Services, has signed a letter of intent to acquire RNDC’s Kentucky assets. The deal was announced jointly by both companies on 11 August 2026. It follows the collapse of an earlier LOI with Breakthru Beverage Group, which had signed an agreement for RNDC’s Kentucky and Indiana operations in May 2026 before walking away. KEG 1 River City estimates the Kentucky book would add roughly two million cases annually to its portfolio.
