Pernod Ricard is appointing its Asia CEO as CFO

Pernod Ricard has confirmed that Hélène de Tissot, Executive Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer since 2018, will leave the company to become Chief Financial Officer of Chanel. She will be succeeded by Philippe Guettat, currently CEO of Pernod Ricard Asia. The transition is expected to take place in stages, with Guettat joining the executive committee immediately and assuming the CFO role as Tissot’s departure is finalised.
