Pernod Ricard has agreed to sell Bodega Etchart to Molinos Río de la Plata, one of Argentina’s largest food and drink groups. The transaction was announced by Molinos on 23 June 2026 and is subject to customary conditions and regulatory approvals. Financial terms were not disclosed.
