MGP Ingredients has rebuilt its board with branded spirits and consumer goods experience

MGP Ingredients has appointed four senior industry executives to its board of directors, the company announced on 28 July 2026. The four new directors are David Daigle, most recently Chief Commercial Officer of Sazerac Company; Alejandro “Alex” Flores, most recently Chief Financial Officer of Constellation Brands; Lori George Billingsley, former Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer at The Coca-Cola Company; and Lynn Greer, a veteran public company board director with experience across consumer goods and financial services. The appointments will take effect immediately. MGP said the additions “bring deep expertise in spirits, consumer packaged goods, and financial leadership” and will “help accelerate the company’s strategy and growth.”
