In its 250th anniversary year, Louis Roederer has acquired its first Burgundy estate

Louis Roederer has completed the acquisition of Domaine Pierre Damoy, a Gevrey-Chambertin wine estate in Burgundy’s Côte de Nuits, marking the Champagne house’s first acquisition in Burgundy and a significant expansion of the Roederer Collection portfolio beyond Champagne. The completion was confirmed via a PRNewswire press release on 24 July 2026. Exclusive negotiations had been announced in April 2026, and the transaction has now been finalised. Financial terms were not disclosed.
