The court-appointed receiver overseeing Uncle Nearest Premium Whiskey has confirmed that Fawn and Keith Weaver have been formally terminated from all roles at the company, effective 1 June 2026. Receiver Phillip G. Young Jr. disclosed the terminations in his fourth quarterly report, filed 10 July 2026 in US District Court, and revealed that documents related to Uncle Nearest have been provided to both the US Securities and Exchange Commission and the US Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York as part of separate federal investigations into potential financial misconduct at the company. No criminal charges have been filed.
