The UK Advertising Standards Authority published a ruling on 8 July 2026 upholding four complaints against Cap Group, a whisky cask and gold coin investment company, finding that the firm’s website made misleading claims about investment returns, falsely presented consumer review credentials, and failed to adequately disclose the unregulated nature of cask whisky investments.
