Diageo has published its strategy for the first time under Dave Lewis

Diageo hosted its Capital Markets Day on 6 August 2026, publishing its strategy and guidance alongside the FY2026 full-year results. The CMD press release – filed as a primary information announcement on the London Stock Exchange – confirmed FY27 guidance, medium-term guidance through FY29, and the full shape of the two-year restructuring programme. For the first time since Sir Dave Lewis took office as CEO on 1 January 2026, the strategy is now a confirmed public document rather than a set of signals read from personnel decisions and interim commentary.
