Diageo Names Natalie Bickford as Chief HR Officer. It Is the First Confirmed Senior Appointment Since Dave Lewis Became CEO.

Diageo has appointed Natalie Bickford, the former chief people officer at biopharmaceutical company Sanofi, as its next group HR director. Bickford stepped down from Sanofi at the end of May 2026 after six years in the role at the Paris-headquartered company. She was previously group HR director at Merlin Entertainments from 2016 to 2020.
