Diageo has confirmed that a purchase and sale agreement has been signed for its former Crown Royal bottling facility in Amherstburg, Ontario. The company disclosed the agreement on 6 July 2026 but declined to identify the buyer. “We can confirm that a purchase sale agreement for the Amherstburg facility has been signed,” a Diageo spokesperson said in a statement. “The process remains confidential, and we are not currently in a position to share details regarding the purchaser. We will share additional information when appropriate.”
