Diageo has appointed R. Alexandra Keith as a Non-Executive Director, effective 5 November 2026, subject to shareholder approval at the company’s Annual General Meeting. The announcement was made via a Diageo primary press release and regulatory RNS filing on 18 August 2026. Keith joins the Remuneration and Nomination Committees on appointment.
