Damm UK is building a total beverage company: Old Speckled Hen, a Bedford brewery, and now Dalston’s Soda

Damm UK has acquired a minority stake in Dalston’s Soda Co, the London-founded premium soft drinks brand, making it the first soft drinks company to join Damm’s newly launched Accelerator Programme at the Damm Eagle Brewery in Bedford. The investment – confirmed as a 5% stake for a six-figure sum, per The Grocer – was announced on 29 July 2026 via a Damm UK press statement. Production of Dalston’s range will move to the Damm Eagle Brewery in Bedford as the partnership develops. Damm UK Managing Director Luke White stated: “Taking a stake in Dalston’s broadens Damm’s portfolio with a like-minded brand that shares our focus on quality, craftsmanship and authenticity.”
