Constellation Brands Is Selling Eight New Zealand Wine Brands and Selaks Winery to Poulter Family Wines.

Constellation Brands New Zealand has signed a conditional agreement to sell eight mainstream New Zealand wine brands, along with the Selaks winery and associated vineyards in Hawke’s Bay, to Poulter Family Wines. The brands being divested are Selaks, Little Harvest, The People’s Wine, Young & Co., State of Light, Wild Grace, Superstate, and Tipping Point. Constellation confirmed it will retain Kim Crawford and Drylands, its two premium New Zealand brands. The transaction is subject to closing conditions including completion of an employee consultation process in accordance with New Zealand and Australian employment law.
