Columbia Distributing has completed its acquisition of RNDC’s wine and spirits distribution rights in Oregon and Washington, effective 1 July 2026. The transaction adds approximately 850,000 cases to Columbia’s portfolio across both states – approximately 350,000 cases of spirits in Washington and 500,000 cases of wine across both states, with Oregon operating as a control state for spirits. New supplier sales under Columbia began on 1 July.
