Coca-Cola has disclosed a ransomware attack on its Fairlife dairy subsidiary

The Coca-Cola Company disclosed on 16 July 2026 that fairlife, LLC – its dairy subsidiary and one of its fastest-growing brands – has been hit by a ransomware attack that has forced the suspension of all US production operations. The disclosure was made via a Form 8-K filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission and a simultaneous Business Wire press release. Coca-Cola confirmed that a third party gained unauthorised access to a portion of Fairlife’s systems, including its production-related systems. The company has activated incident response and business continuity protocols, notified law enforcement, and engaged outside advisors and cybersecurity experts to assist with the investigation.
