Chapel Down, England’s largest wine producer, reported a 19% increase in net sales revenue for the first half of 2026 to £9.4 million, up from £7.9 million in the same period of 2025, in a trading update published on 29 July 2026. The company, listed on AIM and headquartered in Tenterden, Kent, said the growth was driven by gains across every channel with the strongest performance coming from international sales, which rose 66% to £0.8 million, primarily led by the United States. CEO James Pennefather stated: “Chapel Down’s strong momentum in 2025 has continued into 2026 with +19% topline growth in H1, as we took market share in a growing category.”
