Cawston Press has acquired LA Brewery, the premium fermented sparkling tea brand founded by Louise Avery in Suffolk. Financial terms were not disclosed. LA Brewery produces a range of naturally fermented, alcohol-free sparkling teas positioned as high-end wine alternatives rather than conventional kombucha. The brand has retail listings in Waitrose, Planet Organic, and selected on-trade accounts.
