Les Bienheureux, a French spirits company based near Bordeaux, has signed a memorandum of understanding with Campari Group to acquire Bellonnie et Bourdillon Successeurs – the Martinique-based company that owns the Trois Rivieres, Maison La Mauny, and Duquesne rhum agricole brands. The agreement was confirmed by Les Bienheureux on 13 August 2026, following unanimous approval by the BBS works council. The transaction is subject to authorisation from SAFER, the French agricultural land authority, regarding the transfer of agricultural land held by BBS. Financial terms were not disclosed.
