Bisquit & Dubouché Cognac, Cabo Wabo Tequila, Trois Rivières, and Maison La Mauny are all leaving Campari

Campari Group announced on 29 July 2026 that it has agreed to sell four brands across two separate transactions as part of the portfolio rationalisation programme the company initiated in 2024. Dublin-based Cobblestone Brands has agreed to acquire Bisquit & Dubouché Cognac and Cabo Wabo Tequila, in a deal covering intellectual property rights, finished goods inventories, and real-estate assets tied to the Bisquit & Dubouché business. A transitional manufacturing agreement for Cabo Wabo is also included. Both transactions are expected to complete by 31 October 2026. Financial terms were not disclosed for either deal. Separately, Campari has entered exclusive negotiations with a French industrial buyer for the disposal of its Rhum Agricole portfolio – comprising the Martinique-based brands Trois Rivières, Maison La Mauny, and Duquesne. No buyer name or financial terms have been disclosed for the rhum disposal.
