Beyoncé takes full ownership of SirDavis American Whisky after Moët Hennessy exits its stake

Moët Hennessy has sold its stake in SirDavis American Whisky to Beyoncé Knowles-Carter, the singer and entrepreneur with whom it co-founded the brand in 2022 and commercially launched it in 2024. A SirDavis spokesperson confirmed on 28 July 2026: “SirDavis starts its new independent chapter, after a nearly four-year transformative collaboration through creation, development and launch. Knowles-Carter takes full ownership and control, making SirDavis a woman, family and Black-owned company.” No financial terms were disclosed. Moët Hennessy has not issued a separate statement.
