Berentzen-Gruppe has cut its forecasts for 2026 revenue and profit. The reason is Germany.

Berentzen-Gruppe AG, the Frankfurt-listed German distiller and soft drinks producer, issued a profit warning on 17 July 2026 after publishing preliminary results for the first half of the year showing an 81.2% collapse in operating profit and an 11.1% decline in revenue. The announcement is the company’s second consecutive profit warning in twelve months, having issued a comparable guidance reduction in July 2025. The full half-year financial report will be published on 13 August 2026.
