Becle, S.A.B. de C.V. – the world’s largest tequila producer and owner of Jose Cuervo, 1800, Maestro Dobel, Bushmills, Pendleton, and Kraken – reported second quarter 2026 results on 23 July 2026 showing net sales down 13.9% to P$9,865 million (approximately US$565 million), EBITDA down 23.4% to P$2,057 million, and net income down 29.6% to P$1,413 million. On a constant currency basis – stripping out the impact of Mexican peso appreciation against the US dollar – net sales declined 5.8%, gross margin declined 200 basis points, and EBITDA margin declined 30 basis points, providing a more operationally representative picture of the underlying performance.
