Asahi Beer USA has installed a 20,000-bottle-per-hour line in Wisconsin

Asahi Beer USA has installed a high-speed bottling line at its Octopi facility in Waunakee, Wisconsin, capable of producing up to 20,000 bottles per hour. The announcement came via GlobeNewswire on 11 August 2026. Initial production will focus on 12 oz six-pack bottles and 21 oz twelve-pack bottles of Asahi Super Dry, with both formats due in market from mid-September 2026. The line was installed through a nearly 90-container equipment build-out and features a Krones Varioline packer, which allows multiple packaging configurations – multipacks, trays, and wraparound formats – to run on a single platform.
