A Second Significant UK Wine Importer Acquisition in July.

New Generation Wines, a specialist UK importer and wholesaler of premium wines, has acquired Bancroft Wines, a London-based premium wine merchant and importer founded in 2004. The combined business will be integrated by January 2027. During the integration period, both companies will continue to operate as usual, with no immediate changes to customer contacts, ordering processes, supplier relationships, or day-to-day operations. Financial terms were not disclosed.
