East African Breweries Limited has written to Kenyan Chief Justice Martha Koome requesting her intervention in the growing number of legal challenges surrounding the proposed KSh 340 billion ($2.3 billion) sale of Diageo’s 65 percent controlling stake in EABL to Japan’s Asahi Group Holdings.
