A $32 Million Kenya Deal Gives Varun Beverages Its Third African Acquisition Since December.

Varun Beverages has agreed to acquire the dairy beverages, juices, and packaged drinking water business of Devyani Food Industries (Kenya) Limited for $32 million, the company confirmed in a regulatory filing to the National Stock Exchange of India and BSE on 6 July 2026. The transaction will be executed through VBL Industries (Kenya) Limited, Varun Beverages’ wholly owned Kenyan subsidiary, and is expected to complete on or before 1 August 2026.
