150 Roles Proposed for Redundancy at Diageo Ireland. The First Hard Number Before the August Strategy Update.

Diageo has notified Ireland’s Department of Enterprise, Tourism and Employment of proposed collective redundancies at its Irish operations. The notification, filed on 22 June 2026, is a legal requirement for any company of Diageo’s size intending to make more than 50 redundancies and represents the first confirmed, government-registered step in the company’s restructuring process.
